Skilling Queenslanders for Work provides skill development, training and job opportunities to unemployed, disengaged or disadvantaged Queenslanders through a suite of targeted skills and training programs. This training is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government through its Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
These traineeships are a great pathway to get back into the workforce. They are real paid jobs in a labouring/construction and horticultural environment.

The ONLY WAY TO APPLY for the Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program is to register above (complete all fields) and attach your resume.
Duration
The program is 18 weeks long
Important Details
Anyone & any age can apply but you must be at least 15 years old or over, not currently employed more than 10-15 hours a week & not enrolled in school.
You must have the ability to get yourself to the work site as no transport is provided. Trainee wages apply.
